How does the money-back satisfaction guarantee work?
It's easy and transparent. If you want to take advantage of the guarantee, you inform us by phone or email. We will have a brief summary where we agree on the return or pick-up of the products. We will refund the money for all resalable products within 10 business days after they have been received at our warehouse. If the starter package included complimentary usage products, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The satisfaction guarantee is valid under the following conditions:
- The guarantee applies to new reseller starter packages.
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the delivery of the starter package to the customer.
- The guarantee is valid when the introductory training is conducted within one week of product delivery.
- The customer ensures that the products are properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
- A refund can be issued once the invoice's total amount has been paid in full by the due date.
